REFUND POLICY 


Our REFUND POLICY is designed to provide our students with the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their investment is secure. 

• A student must pay the total amount of the course fee (as specified in the course details) before they begin their course. The course fee cannot be reduced or transferred to another student unless authorized by the institution. The institution will not refund the fee if the student withdraws from the course, is absent, or is asked to leave the Institute.


• If a student is absent for at least 6 hours in a row without adequate explanation or warning, the Institute reserves the right to cancel their admission without refunding fees.


• If a student wants to change their timings after the batch has been confirmed, the change can be authorized, but this request will not be entertained more than once during a course. The student will also be charged an administrative fee of Rs.2000/- or a certain percentage of the course fee. This amount is not refundable or adjustable against other charges. The student must join a course within two months of the day of authorization. Failure to do so may result in admission cancellation without refunding any fees already paid.

• If a student fails an examination, They must repeat the same level after paying 50% of the course fees (mentioned on the
official website and brochure). If a student wants to reappear for the examination of the same level in which they failed. The
student will be charged an administrative fee of Rs.500/- for reappearing. This amount is not refundable or adjustable
against other charges.

  • The institution is not responsible for issuing refunds if a student is unable to perform well or clear the exam, as success is dependent on individual effort.


If the student doesn't find the demo/orientation/session helpful or satisfactory and doesn't like the language expert's teaching style, the fees will be refunded to the student's source account. Within 24 hours of taking the demo, this must be reported to J&C Team.


The fees will not be reimbursed in situations where the student is unable to continue the course due to problems with
their schedule, finances, or a change of plans.

  • Refunds will not be issued if a demo session has been attended prior to admission.


     

Refunds (if applicable)
 

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and accordingly we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us a info@jandclanguageschool.in
